Leo’s Construction Services 3 years agoLet me start off by saying Leo is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I’ve been trying to get a price for building a two car garage for a year and a half. Finally a couple months ago he said I needed to get plans drawn up by an engineer. I spent well over a thousand dollars and gave the plans to him. Three weeks later after not hearing anything I tried to call him. He doesn’t answer and his mail box is full. He doesn’t want to know who wants to get touch with him. I finally get him on the phone and I ask for my plans back. He says he will get them to me today. Didn’t happen. Today I found them stuffed in my mailbox. With this amount of difficulty BEFORE contracting a job, I can only imagine what it would be like having him him contracted and never being able to reach him. I think he has the best of intentions but he is completely unorganized. I don’t know how he ever gets anything completed.

FTK Home Repair LLC a month agoJohn and his team did an excellent job making some repairs in our home over the past week. His communication was great, the repairs turned out really well, and they did a great job cleaning up the work areas each day before they left. I won’t hesitate to reach out again in the future when our next home project arises.

TruGreen Lawn Care 2 weeks agoI paid for 1 year up front and 2 months into service and nothing but aggravation. First issue; a technician showing up putting down a couple Trugreen lawn signs showing service was completed when in actuality; service not completed on the whole back yard nor the side yard. We have a Ring camera and saw that the tech did not even go on those sides. Called Trugreen to complain about it; they then send the same technician out only to argue with my husband and tell him that he did indeed complete the service, again my husband proceeds to tell him we saw that he did not and it was witnessed on our Ring. I spent day after day, week after week leaving messages trying to reach the representative; Victoria who came knocking on our door to sign us up in the first place to complain, I never received a call back from either her or her supervisor; Phil. Next month comes; I get a text stating someone will show up and perform service, they don’t show up. A week goes by, receive another text stating someone will come, followed by another text; Truegreen was unable to complete service because lawn cutters were on property, which was a lie because the lawn people only show up on Mondays or Tuesdays and this day was a Friday. Also our Ring spotted Tru-green stop for a moment only to drive off and of course no other people were on my lawn doing a service. Spent over an hour with virtual chat, live chat, and finally a real person after calling just to cancel service. Bad business in my opinion.

True Care Lawn Services LLC a year agoI’ve been using tru care lawn services for years and I have never had a problem. The owner is extremely thorough and always on time. I don’t even have to contact him when my yard needs a touch up; He takes care of my lawn even if I’m at work! it’s a pleasant surprise to come home to a nice yard. I would definitely recommend Thank youuuuu 💯
