To start all I needed was a new spring. Immediately he tells me I need a new motor, quoted me $1250. Then after he gets this up he tells me I need new spring and new rollers on end, and then proceeds to give me price for that. I was charged labor fee for motor, spring/roller, and box outside of garage. I was charged 3 times for labor. I believe he should have said lets replace the spring and see how motor is doing. There was nothing wrong with my opener, just needed spring replaced. He continued to say this will make it quiet which I didn’t care about sound. Needless to say this is no way to do business and I was charged $4289. Second case he walked over to neighbor and had a switch problem. Immediately he says your year old Craftsman motor is bad. So he got a new motor and new switch. I would not refer these people to anyone, my neighbor and I got scammed for a lot of money. Not sure if company is licensed and insured, could not find them under Florida licensing. Reported to Better Business Bureau.

Absolutely outstanding service! We were stranded in a motorhome traveling from Florida to Michigan. Wade and crew started our windshield repair at 10pm Saturday night of a holiday weekend!! A few hours later we were back on the road. And the quality of the work was better than the original install!
