I honestly don’t know how they do what they do… they come in and bid the project quickly, offer suggestions of paint colors, carpeting, and fixtures, and do the work in record time. Not to mention their pricing is the most competitive I have seen as a Realtor. Highly recommend!

Timberstone Remodeling 2 months agoWe had a very good working relationship with Jack Lent and Timberstone Remodeling. Working with the designer was very helpful with complete drawings and various options for us to plan exactly what we wanted to have done. Jack gave us a solid quote for the complete price before beginning and billed us as different stages of the work was complete. The price never changed except to account for several changes in the work we made along the way. Communication was always quick as texts and calls to Jack were returned quickly and never more than 24 hours. The whole remodel on a 58 year old house was a challenge but the final result was beautiful. Our confidence was that everything was done right with licensed professionals and all approved by various city codes. Our only disappointment was that the time schedule was dependent on the variable schedule of the hired workers so the completion took a fair amount more time than expected which it seems is typical with such a remodel.

Silva Construction 2 years agoWe are just about to start our project with Silva construction. We have been in communication since January for a deck tear down outdoor, concrete added and then a covered patio. Jesse had done a great job communicating and we hope to use them to finish our basement. Will add pictures and update after project is complete.

On the Way Masters a day agoHorrible quality work rebuilding my deck😡they did the railing so wide which is not safe for my kid at the beginning and the deck started leaking in several month. They talked to you nicely and then did vey irresponsible work. In addition to that, after they finished the sloppy work and wanted to charge us $700 to take away the construction waste outside the contract. It’s really a shame!!!
