We’ve had Raz for two jobs, replacing leaking windows and repainting and flooring a bedroom. His crew is efficient and trustworthy. The windows passed permitting with flying colors. I will book him for future jobs to update our 1970s home.

The backstory is worth sharing. We initially engaged a tech startup promising a streamlined, hassle-free renovation experience. Instead, we found ourselves dealing with a general contractor who severely damaged our property during the initial phase of our guest bathroom remodel. Suffice to say, we immediately put the brakes on and embarked on a search for a reliable, trustworthy alternative. Enter Raz and his fantastic team at LRL Builders. From the outset, Raz impressed us with his transparent, no-pressure approach and a very competitive pricing structure. He made it clear that he prioritizes client satisfaction and maintaining his stellar reputation. This philosophy became evident as the project unfolded. Antonio, their tile expert, delivered an outstanding level of craftsmanship. Their commitment to quality was further demonstrated when we encountered a minor hiccup – a leak in the laundry room (behind the newly renovated shower). Impressed by their work, we enlisted LRL Builders for a smaller project – adding recessed lights to three bedrooms. In true form, Raz and his team completed the work in a single day, delivering high-quality results with impressive efficiency. I worked with Raz, Cesar and the crew on a project in Lafayette, CA. The project involved a great deal of carpentry, framing, electrical and plumbing. Their end-product was terrific – I couldn’t be happier with the project. There were no games along the way – Raz’ crew arrived every day, inspections were passed and the work has held up! Raz’ crew from top to bottom were a pleasure to have in our house – they kept the worksite clean and were respectful of our children and pets. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Raz again.

My husband and I cannot sing praises for LRL Builders loudly enough. Raz and his crew were superbly skillful and far exceeded our expectations. The quality of craftsmanship that they put into rebuilding our outdoor structure is outstanding. In the same fell swoop, they also replaced the pipes and valves in our front yard which eliminated a severe water leak. Throughout both projects, there was clear, timely and personable communication. Pricing was very reasonable and they left our yards impeccably clean. LRL goes above and beyond- We recommend them without hesitation.

Raz and his team do an awesome job. We had 10 of our old single-pane windows replaced with new construction high-end windows. And more recently we got two skylights replaced. Incredibly happy with the results. Raz is always responsive and tries to find ways to make things work if challenges are encountered. Great experience all around. Looking forward to using him again for a kitchen remodel.

LRL Builders took a 35-year old master bathroom and transformed it into a modern bathroom that now looks twice the size of the original one, using the same amount of space. Raz was consistently checking in on how the project was going, and his workers were very efficient, always on time, very friendly, and put in lots of hours to get the project done in a short amount of time. Raz had a few suggestions to make that differed from the blueprint plans, which I was grateful for. Thanks to all you you for my new, fabulous master bathroom!
