I met Ray Frye the owner of BAHR through my property manager. His first project involved the rehab on one of our rental properties. I was very pleased with his work and since this time he has completed two fix and flip rehab projects for me. I am currently in the process of having him to rehab another rental property for me. Ray has been available and very responsive during our communications. He is very thorough in his project assessments and will do his best to provide a fair price. He really prefers that the owner be and stay involved in their project with recommendations and suggestions on products used. He is very professional and I have personally found him easy to work with since I am an out of town investor. Let Ray handle your next project and I believe that you will be very pleased. Marion

I turned the remodel of my rental house over to Ray. He and his team did a lot to quickly get it painted inside and out in the Sherwin Williams colors I choose. There was great communication on details like the color after knobs and polls and door knobs I want it replaced, and they found some wood rot and they replaced the word. I could not be more pleased with the good value I received in this remodel. He even negotiated a price down for me. I will definitely use him again if he is available. The house rented immediately.
