UPDATE: I had my bathroom done back in January. Though the shower, floor and partial wainscoting that was done look awesome, I was way overcharged for a bathroom that wasn’t even finished. I had to separately purchase the vanity, lights and medicine cabinet. The toilet was already new so that wasn’t part of it either. $24k for flooring, partial wainscoting in only half of the room, shower surround, tub and shower hardware, and updated electrical. They refused to paint, refused to remove wallpaper and refused to put in an exhaust fan which is why i had the mold and moisture issue that caused the bathroom to be redone. I HIGHLY regret not getting a second quote elsewhere and will still have to pay someone to finish the rest of the work. Very unhappy and I feel like I was taken advantage of because Im a woman (single mom and not rich by any means) and didn’t know much about the work being done. Stone was very knowledgeable and helpful when doing the quote. He came over once and I wasn’t quite ready to sign so he came back a week later. I haven’t had the job done yet but I’m excited and know it’s going to look great.

We are in the process of replacing our shower to the Onyx Stone. We have worked with so far Amy & Holly to design our shower. They were very nice and helpful in picking out the right colors for our shower which is very hard for me. They were both on time for our meeting and overall great to work with. We are very excited to see the finish product. I will leave another review once the job is complete.

We are currently working with Amy on our bathtub renovation. Amy is professional while also developing a personal rapport. By the end of our meeting our 2 year old son and dog were treating her like an every day guest in our house. She was patient throughout the process and was very thorough with answering all of our questions. And there were a lot! She made what could be a stressful experience easier to digest. We are excited for this journey with Vista and can’t wait to see the results! Another review coming when the remodel is complete!

Stone was friendly, informative and easy to deal with during our consult. The process was thorough yet painless. Zero pressure. Through the program he used, we were able to see how our bathroom will look. He was able to answer our many questions/concerns and helped get us to a price that we were comfortable with. We can’t wait to see how it all comes out.

I needed a tub installed. Just a tub. Nothing else. They wanted to charge over $20k to replace a tub. Wouldn’t give me a price breakdown for materials and labor. I argued and the price randomly drops $6k to $14k which seemed sketchy. All he did was go on about this lifetime warranty but honestly if it costs 2-3 times more than anyone else you are just paying for future installs ahead of time. I’ve gotten several other quotes from reputable contractors who’ve been in business for 10+ years and they were all between $4-7k total. Not transparent at all about their business even though their ridiculous slideshow about how much the owner loves his employees makes them seem like they are likable. Sad part is people fall for this. Do not bother, find a local contractor with plenty of years in the trade and get the work done for a reasonable price. Invite these guys in your home and they will salesperson you to death for 3 hours and not take a hint, nor the 11 times I said it’s not going to happen. Response to Brian: yes the poppers were made for him as a kind gesture as Ryan was very nice but we only went over options truly once. After he threw out a $20k bill at me I very quickly turned down the offer. He knew up front what my budget consisted of and proceeded to spend way too much of both our evening when he should have been honest about price point. Not once did I get an answer from two different people trying to get me to buy about what a price breakdown would be. Just shady, dishonest, sales tactics and guilt trips. Ryan was just doing his job, I don’t hold it against him. (He also said the poppers would help him with a bingo sheet at the office and offered me a discount) so it wasn’t just out of the blue. Then when all was said and done he tried to offer me a job. Do not attempt to guilt trip someone giving you an honest review on your business, what you should be doing is apologizing and asking if there would be any way to make it right.

Our experience with Vista Home Improvement and Stone Oliver in particular was spectacular! Without a doubt one of the best experiences we have ever had when researching and estimating a remodeling project! I could not recommend any product specialist with higher praise than i could give Stone! Thank you for everything, and we will be doing more projects together in the future!

Vista Baths did a great job renovating my bathroom from start to finish! Holly G was great as she helped me plan and envision my new bathtub/shower’s color, fixtures, etc., and patiently updated my project as I made several changes along the way. The installer, Nick, did a wonderful job completely updating my entire bathroom and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everyone I have worked with at Vista-from the scheduler to the “follow up” technicians- has been great and they have stood by their product and service every step of the way. Working with them on my bathroom project, I have found Vista to be a company committed to doing quality work and providing great customer service and support so I plan to contact them again for some future home improvement projects around my home.

Ryan Lau was on time, very thorough, walked us through all the details. He answered all our questions and was very patient walking up & down the stairs multiple times to match the design we were looking for. All this with a smile on his tired face late evening. Thanks Ryan!
