My wife and I decided it was time to remodel both of our bathrooms. We could not have picked a better company to do the work. Tom walked us through the process without any pressure. He came up with some great ideas. Then Aaron took over with his crew and they could not been more professional. Any issues were communicated and resolved. The crew was highly skilled and tidy. This is a five star company!!

Tom was awesome at explaining everything and reviewing all of our options with us. The construction team was very good at communicating expectations of each day during the process. They also were happy to answer any questions we had at any time. On top pf that, they were on time and respectful to us, our dog, and our home. Our bathroom was completed faster than the deadline that we requested. The finished bathroom was better than we expected and very happy of the final product! Happy to have chosen them to do business with!

I was looking for a full bath remodel, not just the shower area. I went to a Home Show in Schaumburg and made appointments with a number of businesses, I clearly stated I was on the 4th floor of a seven-story building in Mt. Prospect. With mixed results, some didn’t show up or follow through. Dream Bath Solutions was on their game from the beginning. Besides having a beautiful solid surface product. They were prompt, listened to my desires, took care of the permits. I didn’t have to worry about anything, accept picking out everything which can be daunting, and they helped with that as well, so I would have the bathroom of my dreams. They were not high pressure. When it came to the work they had a plan, which suffered a delay due to the city’s requirements, and still managed to finish in 11days. Even the inspectors were impressed with the finished result. My property manager was impressed with the team and thought they did a thorough job. I now have the bathroom of my dreams thanks to Dream Bath Solutions.

We just finished 2 bathrooms with Dream Bath Solutions. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the results. One of the things I liked most about this company is the transparency during the jobs. Aaron was our project manager and he kept us in the loop when things were going to happen, plus ran around finding a floor for our second bathroom when we decided at the last minute to replace it. Tom ran around to multiple countertop places until he found something that we loved for both bathrooms. Trust him! He was spot on in his choices because the pictures he sent don’t do either justice! Tom and Aaron both went above and beyond what most contractors do making sure we loved everything that was being installed. The installer, Caprian, did a superb job and was such a perfectionist. All in all, we highly recommend Dream Bath Solutions because of their expertise and passion for what they do and it shows in the end product.

From start to finish my wife and I felt very confident that Dream Bath Solutions was the right decision to do our project, we were not disappointed! Everthing came out great! Caprian one of DBS’s instillers is a very talented craftsman. He paid close attenshion to every detal and was great to work with, as were all the people we worked with AT DBS! I recommend them to every one who wants a great project!

These guys are the best! Took my ugly bathroom and turned it into a spa. Guys were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They cleaned up after themselves and it was like they were never here. Will definitely use again and also recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Dream Bath Solutions. I would highly recommend them. Aaron the project manager spent a really long time with us in the estimate and decision making process and I was very impressed with him. Along the way the communication was top notch. As with most construction jobs there were some unforeseen things that came up that needed to be addressed and they were terrific in working with us on that and keeping up looped in as to what was happening and the timeline. For any hiccups that happened they were extremely customer service oriented in coming up with a solution to meet our needs. We needed to make some necessary home modifications and a tub to shower conversion was one of them. We had 7 different companies give us estimates who we met with and we were fully confident in going with Dream Bath Solutions from both the customer service standpoint and the product itself. We made the right decision! The final product looks amazing! We are looking forward to many more years using this wonderful new space so we can gracefully age in place without having to sell our home. If you are looking for a solution to a similar bath need Dream bath Solutions is the company for you.

We just had our bathroom remodeled and we couldn’t be happier. We looked at several companies and we were spent at the end of it all. We saw these guys last and wished we would of seen them first. They were professional, genuine, and by far, had the best quality product for the best price from all other companies we saw. My bathroom looks so amazing.
