$ 581.70 ??????? small vanity sink needed new water lines and shut off valves , plus a 5ft pipe had to be opened with machine,, this process took over 3 1/2hrs do to slowness of plumber and charged 396.00for labor + 180.00 for parts and an exchtra 69.00 for the machine, which took 10 minutes to set up and use,,, with thtotal bill with tax being 581.70 this charge also included a trip back to warehouse because dint have parts with him,,,, never again would i use this service, and to make matters worst the sink shut off valves LEAK!!!!!! Ben kielich 10/13/2023 offered to take off 50.00 of bill, because fely quilty!!!! and they were.

Condescending and rude. Told them where problem was. They insisted otherwise after three visits and extra charges they finally fixed the problem where we told them. Save money, time, and frustration by using another plumber.

I called them in an emergency type need and within an hour they were on the way and in less than an hour after arrival they were done and toilet was working perfectly, no more leaking! Super fast and responsive, very friendly and compassionate to my situation, and tidy too!! Thank you!
