Just got a bill for $147. The plumber was supposed to show from 1 to 3. Showed at almost 4:30. Looked in the 4 ft hole I had dug, said I did a great repair and he couldn’t do a better job himself. When the plumber was running late, he stated he was on a job just south of Coupeville on another job. Yet charged me a 15 dollar Coupeville fee. 120 dollar service fee to look in the hole I dug, said good job. Great job Scotties. I sure wished I got my 3 and a half hours of work time back to afford the absurd prices you charge for doing no work. Especially since they had to drive right by my house to get back to Oak Harbor.

My washing machine was only using hot water. I finally gave up trying to figure it out on my own and called Scotties. They had been recommended to me before by my real estate agent, Cary Anderson (Keller-Williams). They were able to schedule service within one week. The plumber was friendly, quick, and was able to fix the plugged filter, correctly label my piping (it was backward), and explained the problem to me clearly. It took less then a half an hour! I’m very pleased at the speed and ease of service. I’ll definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I had called several plumbers in the island and left messages, Scotties was the only one that called me back. My water heater wasn’t working correctly. They were able to book an appointment for me very soon after, they showed up on time and only took 40 minutes to complete the repair. Will be using them for future repair needs.
