douglas did an excellent job performing preventive maintenance on our exterior drainage lines which had accumulated mud/debris in them, in orem. he took the time to locate and clean them thoroughly. what i found most impressive was that he was able to identify pipes that were not part of the drainage system, possibly used for tree watering, and saved us the unnecessary task of flushing those. with the rainy season approaching, it’s reassuring to know that our drains are in top condition.

Douglas was truly exceptional! He was insightful, considerate, and proficient! I would highly endorse this plumbing company. Our pipes decided to misbehave and wouldn’t cooperate! i reached out late in the day and from the moment my call was picked up that night, followed up by Douglas in the morning, he showed up the next day! It was a scorching day in Orem and many more hot days were predicted, which made me worried for my family and pets. Douglas fixed our plumbing issues and tutored us on what to do if it happened again, along with offering information about upgrades when we were financially prepared. Thank you, Douglas, you turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable and humorous one, completely turning our day around! I would absolutely recommend this plumbing service!

I needed valve replacements for the plumbing system connected to my washing machine. The team of expert plumbers was proficient in diagnosing the issue and fixing it within an hour. They demonstrated their thoroughness by staying on site while we ran a test on the washer to ensure the drain was working correctly. Being new to home ownership, I had several questions related to plumbing. Douglas, my plumber, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my queries, which I found extremely helpful. Overall, the service provided in Orem was excellent.

Douglas was the plumber who arrived at my property in Orem today. He displayed an outstanding level of expertise, professionalism, effectiveness, and above all, integrity. Douglas spent a generous amount of time completing the task and thoroughly explained the issues that needed immediate attention. His approach was far from aggressively selling services or products, which I greatly appreciated as a busy teacher and mother of four. His compassionate nature shone through when he handed me the invoice after completing his plumbing work. Douglas was able to provide a reasonable discount to assist me during these financially challenging times. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience today, especially dealing with these issues by myself.

Having a plumbing service you can rely on is crucial. After testing out several of the ‘well-known’ companies and never feeling content, I gave Valdez Brothers Plumbing a chance. They are exceptional. I’ve used their services multiple times and have always been satisfied. Just yesterday, we discovered a pipe leak in our basement. I immediately contacted them, and Douglas was at my property in Orem within an hour. He completely repaired the leak at a fair price. It’s worth mentioning that Valdez Brothers Plumbing is under new management, which has undoubtedly improved the quality of their service.

The work was wrapped up in less than a week post setting up the appointment, which was an excellent experience in Orem. We required replacement of 3 new shut-off valves and it was executed brilliantly. We’ve enlisted their services for the 2nd time and won’t hesitate to call on them again if/when needed. Douglas was really proficient and efficient, demonstrating remarkable plumbing knowledge. Under the new management, the company has been providing top-notch service.

The service was exceptional. The cost for a substantial plumbing job was very reasonable. Douglas was quick to respond to calls and communication was top-notch. I won’t be contacting anyone else for my plumbing needs in Orem. They’re genuinely good people. Douglas, the plumber, arrived promptly, carried out a comprehensive examination, and explained the issues with my pipes, even taking photos so I didn’t have to descend into the crawl space with him. He outlined several solutions without any pressure. We scheduled a time to replace the pipes and once again, he and his colleague were punctual, took steps to protect my flooring, and were very considerate of my work-from-home situation and my daughter’s online schooling. Douglas even took the time to show me the crawl space, captured photos of the serial number on the unit for warranty purposes, assisted me in setting up the new thermostat, and answered all my queries. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely call upon their services again in Orem.

He needed to fetch some specialized tools to fix the issue, so he came back the next day. Not only did he return promptly, but he also thoughtfully brought us breakfast.
