I was having serious issues with my water meter/the last meter reading was days ago, reading triple the normal amount for my monthly bill. This morning, I called the Plumbing Guys of El Paso, within two hours they arrived and checked the entire property for water leaks. They quickly addressed all my concerns and completed repairs needed immediately. The two employees Elias and Eric were professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use their services in the future. Thank You for your exceptional work.

If your problem can wait a day or two, call around!!! It will help you save hundreds. They knew you are in emergency, they will take advantage of you! They were late than the time schedule, quote way more expensive than other plumbers I have called. They made a mass while checking the water, no apology, nor any warning that would happen, then walled around my house after already checked all the possible problems like they own the place, made me very uncomfortable. I was in the sales business for more than 20 years, knowing someone is trying to upsell you something with over marked price. They are more of sales professional than plumbing professional, specially when they are stuttering about professional terms for plumbing, and afraid to get their hands dirty, and other guys came in and get their knees on the ground to find out the real problem. All I hear is I might have a problem, and here is the number should be, but they can give us a deal. The kind of talk I used to hear from my coworkers when they tried to hustle a deal they even knew it was too much.

We’ve called this company twice and they’ve done a great job each time. Eric took the time to address all of our concerns regarding high water pressure issues at our home. We will definitely call again and will recommend them to family and friends!
