Erik is wonderful! He is prompt and courteous. We have rental homes and he is quick to respond to our every need! Most times he gives us same day service or as soon as he can. Pricing is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them for all your septic needs.

Service was quick, friendly, and reasonably priced. We called first thing in the morning and were given a same day availability and quote. Service arrived at the time that was stated, final price was same as quoted. Both gentleman were super nice and friendly and answered any questions we had. This is likely the best service we’ve received since moving to the area.

This man is a blessing! Just got out of hospital & septic went out. This man came after dark, found septic, dug it out, fixed pipe, & pumped it! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I initially gave this place a 5 star review, but since then things have changed. I had my septic tank pumped Monday Jan 29th and was told that they would try to be back by the end of the week to replace a collapsed pipe. Today is Feb 16th and they still have not come back. I have texted him and I called him also and he once again said he would let me know when he was coming back and even had the audacity to ask me why I was calling him about it. There is a good size hole in my yard since they didn’t cover the tank back up. I advised him that he said he would take care of it and he just kept hem hawing around on the phone and I felt like he was just blowing me off. So unless you want to be repeatedly lied to and left with unfinished business, STAY AWAY from this company!!!!! I will make sure to tell everyone in my neighborhood to not use them, as well as my family and friends. Too bad I even have to put a star, they should give you the option to put a pile of poop instead!!!!
