This my first review. I’m going to split this into two parts to address things separately. The customer service was excellent. Ease sent Logan. He was polite, professional, well-dressed / well-groomed, and friendly. I’ve got nothing but praise for him and his workmanship. If Google would let me write two separate reviews, I would easily give him 5 stars all day long. ______________________________________ This is my second review. The first one had to do with customer service. And I will give Ease Plumbing big props for the excellent customer service. That said… I felt that the pricing was absolutely obnoxious. I sell services for a living. Granted, it’s not the same industry. But I have an idea of how services work. I understand that on top of the labor costs, there’s equipment, vehicles, insurance, healthcare plans, support staff, infrastructure, utilities, etc… And they still have to bring in enough to make a profit. I had a valve that wouldn’t shut off even though it was turned all the way off. So, it was in my best interest to call a plumber. I have tried other businesses in Monroe. And while they are affordable, they are unprofessional and incredibly sloppy with their work. It’s the reason that I wanted to give Ease a try. The whole reason that I was turning the valve off was because I needed to replace the fill valve. Since Ease was going to come out anyway, I figured I would just have them replace it since they were already in the bathroom where the valve was malfunctioning. I didn’t mind the idea of paying a little extra to just get it done with. I understood that there would be a markup. Given my own mental math around the work, I figured it would probably come in at around $300. I certainly wouldn’t expect it to be more than $350 with everything added up. I asked the technician to quote me the valve replacement, and 2 fill valves for the downstairs and upstairs toilets. Again, my thought was that – while he’s here – I might as well have him do it. I was quoted a price well over $600. It was closer to $700. I let out an audible gasp. I’m not broke, but I can also do math. I asked the technician to quote me the price without the second fill valve kit installed, and it was just under $500. I didn’t push back on the technician. He’s just a young guy doing his job. I wasn’t about to give him grief for something that he didn’t have any control over. But, I’ve got to be honest. If it wasn’t for the fact that the city had to come out and turn off my water, the work might have taken the young man less than 1 hour. I thought that the technician was a great guy, but the overall value was definitely NOT there. It had nothing to do with the workmanship. It had everything to do with the pricing juxtaposed against the workmanship. It felt a lot more like paying a divorce attorney than it did like paying a plumbing service. I felt extorted. While the customer service was very good, and the speediness of the response was very good – I didn’t feel the rates were justifiable at all. I most likely won’t use them again, and I wouldn’t be able to recommend that anyone use them because I don’t think anyone should pay $600 for a $300 job. Everybody that I spoke to at the establishment was really nice, so it’s not personal. It’s more of a business model challenge. If that’s what you charge to fix a tiny valve, I’d hate to see what would happen if a line broke.

Logan came out to the Church for a sewer back up. The same back up we have had before and others couldn’t find a problem. Logan was able to find and remove a large clog and a damaged sewer line. We are going to use Ease plumbing to come make those repairs also.

Reached out to Ease plumbing through thumbtack. Very quick response and was able to come out the next day to check issue. Logan came out, discover the issue and was able to give me a reasonable price for the option I choose. Next day Logan and Daniel came out to install my new faucet, took about 45 minutes to completed. They definitely made sure everything was working properly, no more leaks and cleaned up before the left. Pricing remained the same. Will definitely use Ease plumbing again!

Jamison at Ease provided great customer service as he came to our house after hours to get our hot water heater working and then followed up the next day. Very appreciative!
