Contracted with Casper Plumbing to do work on a commercial location. They stared the work, never pulled a permit, dropped off a dumpster and now they have been unresponsive for months. The work is not done and the dumpster is sitting in the lot filled up. Not good … nobody answers phones, texts or emails

A bunch of unprofessional guys that work for this guy. I have a friend who used them. As well as I see these two guys all around town. There was a problem after they left my friends and never came back to fix as they promised. Communication is slim to none after they got what they wanted. Money. All over the place type of guys. They should do what’s right.

Casper and his crew were wonderful. Had an emergency and some flooding. They arrived quickly and fixed our issue immediately. They were prompt, knowledgeable, resourceful, and kind. Him and his team are U.S. Veterans as well. We can’t thank them enough for there hard work and service. We will definitely be using this business in the future if needed.

As new homeowners my wife and I experienced a leak and didn’t know where it was coming from or even who to call. We had seen casper contracting vehicles before around town and we decided to give them a call. Casper answered our call and had someone here within the hour to help us diagnose the problem and schedule a repair. The guys who did the work were awesome, knowledgeable, clean and timely. They went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved and make the necessary repairs that needed to be done on short notice. I would absolutely call them again for any problems and I highly recommend that if you need someone to help you, Casper contracting is the way to go.
