Jose was amazing. He diagnosed the problem immediately and quoted me the cost of the repair of a leak outdoors. He totally repaired it and cleaned the are he worked in. He was friendly, professional and competent. I will call Hips again if I have a plumbing need and will request Jose!

Had a leak in an old water softener. I found Hips Plumbing on Yelp. Since they received so many positive reviews, I thought I would give them a try. They answered the phone right away and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. I liked that they kept me informed about the appointment and even came a little early. Kyle answered all of my questions and presented the different options with no pressure. I decided to have them install a new soft water system. Kyle had to get the new system and came back to install it the same day. Overall, I am very happy with Kyle and Hips Plumbing.

Making an appointment was really easy online, and they were able to get a plumber out quickly and on our schedule. Kyle was great. Showed up right on time, friendly, got the job done fast, and didn’t try to upsell us or convince us to do unnecessary work. We felt the work was fairly priced. Probably not the absolute cheapest you could find if you really wanted to spend time getting tons of estimates, but for the responsiveness and efficiency, it was definitely reasonable. We will use them again.

Great company. Had a small project turn into a big one and they brought in help and stayed on it till it was done while honoring the original quote. Found these guys recommended on Reddit and can’t say enough good things about their skill (saved me 1000’s by repairing a pipe instead of having to dig it out), their clean up after, everything. I would tell anyone to give them a call. A skilled licensed plumber is not going to be free, but they are fair and did a great job. They will be first on my list in the future.

Of the half a dozen plumbers I called and or reached out to via the internet, Hips was one of the first to respond and was the only one who could come out on the very same day. This was very important to me being that my wife and I just came home from vacation and found that our water heater was pouring water out all over the laundry room. And I should note, they were able to send two very professional technicians of theirs, Tyler and Cody and within just a couple of hours. Both were able to diagnosis what the problem was and explain it to me in a way that I could understand and even pointed out how I narrowly escaped what could have been a fire capable of burning down my home. Fortunately, they had a new water heater with them and was able to replace what I had with it and bring everything up to code while they were at it. They also helped to get permits pulled and line me up with a local electrician that could help update the 1954 wiring that I have in my home. Their work was quick, thorough and clean and they even went so far as to move my washer/drier as it was in the way. Best of all, I felt that their price was fair and because of it, I would highly recommend their service.
