Sampson Construction 4 years agoThis company is backhanded, dishonest, and out to eat up small companies. It steals from small businesses. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Worst experience of our lives. If I could give negative stars I would. They stole from us and about put our company under because they have more money than we do and they can. They stole around $60,000 from us. (Violates our contracts we had with them). Tried pursuing things legally and they infiltrated our attorney and drained us financially so we couldn’t purse the matter any more legally. I hope Karma catches up with them.

Rafter H Custom HoLmes, LLC a month agoDO NOT HIRE! We made the horrible decision to hire Blade and the red flags started soon after, we needed someone to get started on our remodel immediately and he was available, come to find out, he was available because no one else will hire him. He burns bridges with nearly every subcontractor he hires, including every sub-contractor he hired to work on our remodel. He says he can do remodels, but we noticed he doesn’t know how to do much, including flooring, drywall, tile, painting, and finish work. In hindsight, we should have done more research on him before hiring, he has a bad reputation in the industry with nearly everyone, one building supplier in Kearney won’t even sell to him. There was always a poor excuse for everything with Blade, everything was everyone else’s fault, and we caught him being dishonest on multiple occasions. Our final interaction was when Blade left us high and dry with 70% of the project completed, he told us he was unable to complete due to other obligations. Save yourself the trouble and do not hire, he can be smooth at first, but things change once get gets your money. Attached are a few pictures of his “work”.

On Point Construction Management, Inc. a week agoOn-point recently completed a renovation project for the City of Gibbon’s new City Hall/Community center. They helped us completely overhaul a 10,000sq/ft space and make it very functional for our community to use and it is something the residents can be proud of for many years. Their staff were extremely helpful and professional. The site was always well kept. I would highly recommend them for your next project and would use them again. Matt Smallcomb City Administrator.
