Hellgate was so great! Our AC went out and with the smoke coming in we were worried it would be weeks, but 2 days after calling they were able to come out and diagnose the issue. Parts had to be ordered so we scheduled time a week out..they got in early so Lisa was able to move us up and get it fixed earlier than planned! We’re first time home owners and really appreciate Sinjun walking us through what happened, what we should keep an eye out for, and any additional maintance we should be doing to keep our unit in top shape. Excellent service that i don’t think we’ll need again anytime soon, but will be recommending to our friends and neighbors!

Receptionist very good, Austin the technician was friendly and skilled. I would have given them 5 stars except for the price. $819 for maybe 100 in parts and 1 hour of labor. I realize getting a plumber is expensive but $719 an hour.

Everyone involved were very friendly and courteous. The installers were very quick and cleaned up nicely after finishing.
