We had a kitchen sink clog that was very difficult to remedy. Chris was punctual, professional, and informative. He methodically worked on our issue at the house. He continually worked to free the clog and informed us of the progress and situation causing the problem. I appreciated his skills, communication and education to avoid future problems. He was a “Rock-Star” in my opinion – clearing a difficult drain line with several bends and a sludge of egg shell slurry. It was obviously difficult work. I WOULD definitely recommend Trout Plumbing!! The level of service was top notch!!

Kyle did a great job and for a fair price. Overall a great value. He is also very clean, polite, efficient, and dependable. I didn’t even bother with a second quote. I knew I could trust him to do the job right and on-time. Don’t hesitate to use Trout Plumbing. Update: our floor drain backed up and drained our washing machine all over our basement floor. We called Trout plumbing and they were out on site within the hour and did a great job fixing the issue then they even had time to work on some other items on the house like a new sillcock.

The guys were right on time and did a great job on our project! A quality company with excellent service, they take care and pride in their workmanship, my daughter’s bathroom turned out fantastic and the ro system and new kitchen sink will be a huge upgrade!!

I had an issue with sewer line backing up into my basement drain. I noticed the issue on a Saturday evening and Kyle was quick to call me back that same evening. He advised me on what it would cost for an emergency visit over the weekend vs. what it would cost to come by on Monday. I opted to schedule for Monday. Kyle came by exactly in the window he said he would and had the drain cleared out in no time. Advised me on what I could do moving forward and what the issues were with my drain. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very transparent and upfront throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Trout and would happily call them again for any other plumbing work I have a need for.

$1,565 quote to complete standard work. IMO they overcharge by the “job” and not an hourly rate. Then stood in my home and got snarky with me about the quote and sarcastically said “I’m only a master plumber and I don’t know what I’m talking about” made it clear what type of person the owner is. He was rude, got defensive and wouldn’t accept my idea of accompanying their business info with a price sheet for customer awareness before they come to your house and charge you $50 for a visit. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
