We’ve been using MPR for a few years now to clear tree roots from our sewer pipe. Tonight they stayed late to clear a clog beyond the norm and we’re just really grateful for their service and willingness to stick it out to get our plumbing back in working order. I had a very good experience with Michigan Power Rodding. I called on a Sunday and they were able to come just a few hours later. They were very professional, helpful, explained what they were doing, and, most importantly, fixed my issue. I’d definitely call them again.

The plumber scratched my tiles, covered a rug over them and didn’t even mention it. But gladly took my payment and left. That was very dishonest and disappointing. A few days later I was put in touch with a manager who offered to send over a cleaning specialist. The specialist came and was really nice. He used some chemicals and the marks came right off.
