Met Fred today! He and his company serves the unit above mine. We identified a gas leak and he quickly assessed that it was coming from my unit and not his client’s. Nevertheless he patched it up for me, charged me a very fair price and was friendly and knowledgeable through the whole thing. Much thanks! I will call him again.
