I had an unfortunate experience with this company and will not use their services again. As the owner of a business/organization, it’s best to reach out to your customers when they are unhappy with your services and not to blame them for it. Your technician quoted services on my invoice that I did not ask for. The original call was for a blocked piped which cost 1400 and that I paid for because it’s the ONLY service I requested to have performed and after 7 days the clog still remains. I did not ask for a water heater, pressure valve, 6-to-10-year warranty or sump pump, these were added on items by your technician using deceptive practices in hopes of generating additional business due to the fact that I have an older home. However, I didn’t ask for any of the additional items that were placed on my invoice (I’m assuming that’s what you are referring to) when you say you can’t do work for free. And as of today, I haven’t received a call back from you or anyone from your company. I called to request the service to have the pipes unclogged, I paid for the service (1400) on January 17, 2024, and as of today January 27, 2024, my pipes are still clogged. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been in business for 40 years or 4 years, how you respond to your customers when they are unsatisfied with the work that was PAID FOR speaks volumes. Diverting blame to the customer makes it easier for you to not take responsibility.

SCAM PRICING!!! Extremely overpriced and when we decided to get other quotes they hit us with an inspection fee of $217… Just for being there for 15 mins and taking the toilet off. I had previously took the toilet off and replaced the wax seal but was still having issues. I thought I would just have to pay the estimate pricing $79 which is already ridiculous but apparently if they actually touch your toilet its not an estimate it’s an “inspection”. I would have taken the toilet off again for him if I knew they would charge a ridiculous amount for it. Don’t get scammed and go somewhere else!

The price is ASTRONOMICAL for a little job… they just get you because you need them. After work was done, I checked with some pros and they gave me a cost that was one third of what I paid them. If you have time, check around before you give them a job. I was taken one but no more… I could’ve bought a brand new hot water heater for the replacement of a “ T “ joint that they replaced. WOW

Reginold did a very professional job arriving when expected,explaining the problem, giving us choices and completing the job in a timely fassion. He was pleasant and polite and we will definitely ask for him the next time we need a good plumber.

I scheduled the work directly with the owner of the business. The plumber arrived promptly as scheduled. However, the quote provided onsite was nearly double that of any other plumber. When challenged, the owner desperately tried to defend her pricing policy but ultimately cut my quote in half to perform the work. The plumber seemed confused by a simple shower fixture installation, had to leave for an hour to secure tools, and did not properly secure the fittings so I have unacceptable movement and play in both the shower handle and shower head. I found the owner to be both defensive and borderline rude. She has the wrong temperament to run a service oriented business.

Tom showed up on time, was very professional, and gave us a very thorough quote before doing any work. He did an excellent job on the repairs and cleaned up afterwards. We are VERY happy with the results. Could we have paid less by going to Home Depot and watching DIY videos on YouTube? Sure. But Tom did in an hour what would have taken us a full weekend or more. We paid for a professional and we got professional results. Also, thanks to Heidi for being so friendly and helpful with scheduling the appointment.

Five stars for responsiveness, five-plus for the excellent quality of the work, but zero for ridiculously high prices. Woke up Christmas Eve to a leaking cold water supply pipe inside the wall of a 2nd-floor bathroom, with active dripping that could be seen from the laundry room below. They charged a very reasonable $59 for a service call, which was waived when they performed the repair work. Quoted prices: $177 to cut the drywall with no repair. (I did it with a drywall saw in less than a minute.) $351 to replace one leaking 3/4-inch 90-degree elbow copper fitting, which required replacing about 4 inches of tubing on both ends (total about 8 inches of tube and three fittings–two straight and one 90-deg elbow). No soldering–fittings are now crimped on with o-ring seals in a matter of a few seconds each. Total time: certainly less than 20 minutes. Over $300 (I don’t remember the exact amount) to remove and reseat the toilet (I paid less than $150 to another plumber to have one reseated about one year ago. After refusing to pay such high prices, I eventually paid $400, which I think was high. (It turned out that only the toilet tank needed to be removed.) Excellent work but seriously overpriced.
