I needed help with both a leaking toilet line and a dripping bathtub faucet. Newberry Plumbing responded to my message within an hour (on a holiday, no less!) and set me up with an appointment. Chad was very kind and professional, completed both tasks quickly, and then took his time to show me the repairs and made sure all questions were answered. Now my home is leak free! I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them for future work and am glad to have a trustworthy local service available.

I called Newberry Plumbing after 5:00 due to an emergency and received a message immediately. The technicians were at my house the next morning. They quickly diagnosed my problem and the options I had to complete repairs. In the end, I was actually able to have repairs completed by the county at no cost. In the past, I have used a larger, corporate company for my plumbing needs and I know if I had used them in this same scenario, I would have been charged a service fee and been subjected to some token equipment use to justify an additional fee. The Newberry technicians operated in a manner focused on providing the best service, not in a manner focused on how to maximize their fee for a single job. I will certainly be using Newberry for all of my future plumbing needs.

Newberry Plumbing is top tier for any of your plumbing issues. We had the luxury of working with Chad and he is a very professional and respectful worker. Our water heater went up in the middle of the night and he made it a point to be on site the next morning. He had the job done within 3 hours. We are very happy with our new water heater and cannot be more thankful for the work Chad has done for us. Newberry Plumbing will be my first recommendation for anyone with plumbing issues in the future.
