Mike was the principle installer. He and his assistant removed the hot water heater tank and then installed the tankless water heater without any difficulty in less than 6 hours. They were professional, polite, efficient, thoroughly explained how the system worked and cleaned up after the installation.

The only reason that I did not give Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam 5 stars is because scheduling with them is a bit of a challenge. However, the young man that they sent to my home (Kyle Mundell) was wonderful. Very smart, professional and nice…I give him 5 stars.

We had several issues with drain lines which had to be found/ analyzed and repaired. Everyone from Mr. Plumber was very professional and knmowledgable. Issues were resoved and everything now drains properly. Would highly recommend them to others with plumbing problems.

Juwan, the technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue in about an hour. I’m pleased with the completed work and would definitely recommend Mr. Plumber to anyone with water or plumbing issues.

Technicians Jonathan Roberts and Andy Dodge were very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Andy had to run a camera and found a grounding rod in the center of my main line. Andy wasted no time and reached out to Citizens Energy Group and Citizens reached out to AES Indiana. Together they are working on the resolution. AES was out the next day. I used another plumbing company before and they did not find this problem I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber.
