The team with A&R were amazingly professional and communication was always open. They delivered the equipment the day prior and the day of service it was quick, professional, and problems were communicated and dealt with efficiently. Very personable as well! Would recommend!

A driver took our cash and told us he would email the receipt. Three months later we receive a bill stating we are 90 days past due. Service was performed on August 29. At 9:00 am. We have used A&R in the past, and had no problems what so ever. This time around, never again. The account is under my husband’s name. I will be calling first thing this morning. I have a call a week ago, talked to the receptionist, who said she would turn this issue over to accounting. No call back to me or my husband to verify if this issue has been resolved?

They replaced our septic and remind us when filters need cleaned and when it’s time to pump! Their employees are responsive, responsible and kind to the grandkids we had watching out the window. They are the only company we will EVER use going forward!!!
