Horrible service, no English, charged me $300 for a 15 minute fix. I even provided the part… two guys equally incompetent. Massive ripoff and will take advantage of you. Spend the extra couple minutes and find someone else!!!

They installed a water valve for me. 2 months later it is now leaking and has failed. I have tried for the last 5 days to get in contact with them but no one has been answering the phone. I will have to hire another plumber to fix their work.

24/7 Plumbing is Miami’s best kept secret when it comes to plumbing. Ricardo is an absolute yoda master of plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, reliable, thorough & has a great sense of humor. We had a leak coming from our upstairs neighbors condo. Long story short, 3 plumbers later, he identified the issue in seconds & fixed it same day. The company is also amazing & communicates very well.

My first service call was cancelled via text so I had to wait another 24 hours to have someone come out. The tech was nice, helpful, and punctual but no up front pricing was provided and the service cost $200 to to tighten a leaking hose. That felt incredibly excessive. I know it’s not his fault, but such a simple fix (15 mins of work) should not cost $200. I think I’ll shop around next time since it was neither affordable nor expedient.

I thought the visit was going well. I thought he would call back with a cost for the work that needs to be done but he left the house without us knowing what is the next step. I want to give a better rating because he really was good explaining everything to me but I am at the perplexed stage!!

I will never do business with them again period. They charge me 350 to fix a leaky toilet and guess what its still leaking, go figure for miami tradesmen!!!!!!

Excellent and prompt service. They came within 1 hour of calling and speaking with Yesenia who understood my situation. Edgardo was very knowledgeable and professional. Solved the problem immensely.
