Don and his team at My Plumbing Company always do such an amazing job! Bill, one of his team members, is the best! Professional, personable, always going the extra mile…and then some. Pricing, too, is always fair. Means a lot having a team you trust work in your home. I hate plumbing problems, but it’s great to know that honest help is only a phone call away. Another job well done. Bill is such a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and he works fast. Due to a break in my main water feed, debris got into my lines causing a partial blockage in my kitchen faucet cold water line. Bill cleared the line quickly and full pressure was restored.

Don and his staff at My Plumbing Company are the most trustworthy company I have ever worked with in South Florida. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew the scope of work and explained everything every step of the way. I had my house trenched, cast iron removed, and PVC installed. My mind is so at ease with the professional work they did.

It wasn’t a great experience. They promised to perform all the tasks we discuss. However, they did not write all the tasks on the task list and argued that they weren’t asked to do it. I got a quote from Dunn who is the owner of the company. He was very nice and professional. I explained that I need a new water heater, route new water line for washer, route water line for outside faucet, and make a hole for dryer to connect, clear the drain clog. He told me he can do it all for this price. He wrote a quote. I called them to performed the task. The technician came and went over what i need them to do. I explained all the tasked they need to perform and he said no problem. I asked if they can fix sink faucet. The technician said ” we can do it for free since the project is a big.” I paid deposit of 25% and they came to do the work last week. They did all the tasks except making hole on the wall.They did not try to test the washer. I started the washer and it overflowed. They told me that they will come back and fix it and do the faucet next time(they couldn’t fix the faucet, so they told me to get a new faucet). I made a payment and asked if they are going to make a hole for the dryer . He replied ” it wasn’t on the task list and he will ask about it.” They called me many times to make a payment. However, I called 3 times Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to make an appointment for them to comeback. Receptionist responded” I will call you back.” She never called me back. I kept calling and finally made an appointment. No apology for not finishing the job the first time . I couldn’t use the washer until they came yesterday. A technician came and installed the faucet and snaked the drain. They tried to charge additional service fee. They didn’t even make a hole saying they don’t do such service. They made a hole for outside faucet, so why can’t they? I had to call someone to make a hole and connect the dryer. I call them and told them I am not paying for the additional charge. I even wanted to get refund for the cost I paid to the other company for making the hole, but I let it go. They waived the cost of snake but charged me $150 for faucet installation. I wouldn’t have hired them if they told me that they can’t do all the tasked I asked for.Very dishonest company.
