I called Oakley Plumbing to have pipes under kitchen sink replaced. Pipes were replaced and I discovered a leak within 3 weeks. The owner came back out on a Friday evening after normal business hours to replace additional part needed to fix the leak. This is a small company who focuses on serving their customers. Pros: They backed their original work, returned my phone call after business hours, and came to fix my problem after operating business hours. Cons: none. My rating: A + +.

Keith thoroughly examined all the plumbing and through a process of elimination identified the likely cause of water intrusion. Other plumbers just recommended a replumb for entire house, but he focused on finding the source of the issue. Highly recommend his company for analyzing your plumbing issues.

This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Oakley Plumbing, and yes, despite having issues to deal with, working with them is a true pleasure. This time I got to deal with owner Keith himself and from the first contact on the phone to let me know his prior job was running a little late, to how he explained every step of the work he was doing for me, and even showing me how to clean my annoying Kohler sink traps that were driving me crazy, it was professionalism plus all the way. I only wish I could give them 10 stars. Oakley is hands down the best!
