They’ employee was so Inappropriate their employee came to my house to fix plumbing and they were so inappropriate. I am actually almost about to make a lawsuit against this company because they were awful.

Shortly after my husband and I bought our house, our hot water heater stopped working and began leaking. We called our usually handyman but he was booked out for a few weeks. So I started calling companies. Matt let me know that he was working in Glenwood that day but if I didn’t mind waiting, he’d be happy to come by that evening. This was perfect! He maintained good communication throughout the day and arrived as anticipated. He let us know the water heater needed to be replaced and was honest about pricing a new one. He didn’t try to upsell or convince us to get the most expensive one. He chose one from a reputable company that had a good warranty. And while he replaced it, he taught my husband and I (first time home owners) about how the plumbing and tanks worked, along with general maintenance. He was very patient with us and went the extra mile when he wasn’t expected to do so. You can tell Matt’s very passionate about what he does and that passion was inspiring. Whenever we have a plumbing issue or question, I don’t hesitate to contact them! I wish we had utilized them sooner instead of the subpar company we used out of habit.
