Moreover, the plumber maintained a tidy work environment, cleaning up after completing the repairs. Communication was seamless, as they kept me informed about the progress and any additional findings. In terms of pricing, while not the cheapest option, the quality of service justified the cost. Overall, I highly recommend this plumber for their professionalism, technical proficiency, and customer-centric approach.

Kitchen sink was backing up. Called Redi-Rooter late in the day and they were here next day! Most couldn’t get to us for several days. The Tec was super friendly, explained everything and got the job done in minimal time. Extremely good price! Highly recommended!

We recently moved out of state after having received over 20 years of service from Jerry, his wife, and their hard working team. I so appreciated their honesty, knowledge, dependability, and professionalism! I imagine it will be very hard to find a new company I can trust and be as confident in as I was with Redi-Rooter! Family owned quality service. Plumbing is one of those areas that you have to be able to trust your service provider and Redi-Rooter Plumbing is a company that can be trusted. I have only had great service from Jerry and the front office receptionists are always so helpful.

BRITTA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE! -Here’s the story: I had called to inquire about utilizing their services on a Saturday (09/24/22) due to my son’s apartment was flooded. I received a call from Britta on the following Tuesday (09/27/22) and I initially thought she was returning my call from my initial inquiry. However, I was actually being contacted in regards to someone else’s work order (which I didn’t know at the time). When Britta called, she addressed me as “Laurie” but I didn’t hear that initially and I gave her my son’s number because she wanted to make sure someone was home for the service. She was able to reach my son and he advised that they had used someone’s services. So she then called me back to advise me that she told my son “make sure to tell your mom next time because I can charge her $100 for a five minute phone call”. That statement then made me question this whole phone call. So I preceded to confirm that she was returning my call from the inquiry I made on Sunday. I had advised her that I had not spoken with anyone. She then informs me that I HAD spoken to someone from their company “yesterday”. I told her I had not and she then tells me that “Kathy is standing right here and said she talked to you yesterday”. I tell her again that I had not spoken to anyone AT ALL. Britta then says “Who’s Laurie?” and my response was “I don’t know”. So she says “Well I called and asked for Laurie and you gave me your son’s number”. I explained to her that I didn’t hear the name she had addressed me as, but I HAD NOT spoken to anyone from your company. I told her my name and told her I don’t know who Laurie is. She then abruptly ends the call with “ok, thank you” and hangs up in my face! WHICH IS EXTREMELY RUDE! I immediately called back and spoke to Kathy. I explained to her that I hadn’t spoken to anyone. I reiterated my name and phone number. That is when Kathy says “Oh, I’m sorry. I had the wrong phone number for Laurie.” She did apologize but that DOES NOT negate the fact the Britta thought it was ok and professional to hang up in someone’s face. I told her to make sure she let’s Britta know that was very rude and unprofessional. Her customer service skills in that moment were piss poor.

Job well done!! Impressive customer service!! We just discovered that we had a leak under our kitchen sink. We had a difficult time trying to find the source of the leak. Tony not only arrived on time, he quickly found a crack in one of the plastic threaded fittings. He fixed it better than the orginal set up with parts on his truck. Tony was very courteous, personal, a great guy to talk to and very experienced in his craft. He also pointed out a possible future issue with the garbage disposal and to keep an eye on it. Thanks again and job well done!

The office was soooo nice on the phone . Andy was at the house in 15 min after I called and fixed the issues in minutes went above and beyond to make sure all drains were clear. Highly recommend them .
