Had one of their staff approach me while I was mowing to sell me their service. After telling them multiple times that I wasn’t interested, they would not stop and kept talking over me. I told them I was busy and to never come back to my house.

The salesman that came to my door introduced himself and when i said i was nit interested, he proceed to go to the other homes in my sub division and had the gall to use my name when specking to them. he told tgem i bought the product from him, which i did not. this is scammy sakes oerson. dont use this company

On the surface everything sounded good with the program. After signing up I read what I could find on-line and so many of the items that were brought up during the sales pitch matched the concerns others reported. I cannot comment on the services, since I was able to cancel within the 3 days. However, the cancelation process is a bit tricky and I am not sure if I would have missed a step what could have happened. Even the cancelation process feels deceitful when you are instructed to send the cancelation to a location in AZ within 3 days. But you can send a “telegram” with a minimum cost of $39 to cancel and that prices goes up from there. The one concern I also had was the service was to be done two days after the contract was signed and there is a three day cancelation period. In reality the service should not have been scheduled until at least day 4. Again, entire situations feels borderline intentionally deceitful.

Awful. One of their employees was walking my street and walking on my and my neighbors property and acting extremely suspicious. We called the company and complained and they did not seem concerned at all. Our neighbors called the police on their employee. 0/10 would not recommend using this company.

I called in to get a touch up service scheduled. Sky was polite, professional, and easily addressed my concerns. He worked with the local office to get a service scheduled to come take care of the problem as soon as possible.
