We just started the quarterly plan for insects with Parker Eco Pest Control, and so far, it has been worth it! We really appreciate them. The customer service while we were booking the appointment was amazing, and the customer service representative was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. We had a silverfish and house ants issue out of nowhere. Parker came to save the day. Eleanor came out and did a thorough assessment and sprayed the interior and exterior of our home and gave us after treatment instructions, precautions, etc. Eleanor’s treatments have seemed to resolve the issue so far. We have had a great first impression, and we look forward to continuing to work with them. The quarterly plan for insects is a really great value. We definitely recommend Parker Eco Pest Control.

Had wonderful experiences in the past but this time I was out of the country and had a friend watching the house when we had to call a technician for ants. They arrived early and no one was home. They promised me they’d wait but then left without notice and the company was apologetic but unwilling to go out of their way to make it right. There are too many good companies in Seattle so I immediately booked elsewhere and won’t go back.

Parker has been our go-to for monthly maintenance for a couple of years now. Everyone we’ve worked with has been fantastic — Chris, Jose, Timothy. We like that they use eco friendly products, especially since we have dogs. We recently had an ant infestation. It was something we had never experienced before and it seemed to go from bad to really bad overnight. Parker was great about getting us on the schedule immediately with visits in between our maintenance appointments. It’s taken a little more than two months and several treatments to get under control but I’m hoping that we’ve finally rounded a corner as of their last visit.

The team at Parker Eco Pest Control was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. They had an online scheduling portal which made it easy to set up an appointment after hours. They helped us get rid of a ground hornet nest that was too close to our driveway. The cost was reasonable to other pest companies in the area and they use eco-friendly measures.

Kevin from Parker Eco Pest Control recently helped us address some ants we were seeing in our home. We signed up for their quarterly service, as we have a toddler and dog that like to make messes, and so we figured it would be best to stay on top of the issue as much as possible. We had mentioned we noticed wasps in our backyard but hadn’t noticed any nests. After spraying for ants, Kevin told us that he was able to find a wasps nest in the eaves on the front of our house that we had not previously noticed. He took it down and treated it as well. Kevin was helpful and professional, and overall we were very pleased with this first experience with the company!

Parker Pest Control is a local pest control company serving the greater Seattle area. They have a small fleet and a few employees, but it makes it feel like a family even more. Their prices are pretty fair for what services they give, and you get a discount for doing a quarterly plan, so take advantage. Our guy Nick comes everytime and he’s by far the best. He’s always happy, loves to play with our dogs or talk about random things, and is so good at his job. Would highly recommend getting this service setup so you can mitigate spiders, rodents or any other pests that may be bothering you.

Absolutely wonderful experience and fairly priced. You really don’t run into companies like this often. Small family business that really cares. Can’t recommend them enough. 10 stars if I could. Stellar.
