If I could give a zero star I would do so. I waited the entire day, starting at 7:00 this morning for the technician to show up for my annual termite inspection. No one showed up, I called customer service three times, no one ever called me back. They suggested I reschedule, what, and waste another day. The last appt. was cancelled the same day due to an emergency. The other time they showed up without notifying me. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Shoutout to Ehrlich for coming into our place uninvited while we at work and placing bait out in the open where our pets can reach it. The litter box, cat toys, and water bowl that you guys had to walk past weren’t enough of a hint that maybe you shouldn’t leave the bait exposed or even do anything at all if we’re not home. Thanks for leaving your flyer on our counter so we know who came in to do such an inconsiderate job, well done boys.

Two no call no shows. I should have learned my lesson after the first time, but was willing to give them another shot. Both times I scheduled an appointment and no one showed up.

The technician showed up on a very cold and windy day. He took his time and did the normal treatment for ants: bugs. He did the treatment in a very satisfactory manner.

This company has gone downhill so fast. Between July and August, they were no shows for scheduled appointments at least 3 times without notice. Had to take time off work for the no shows. Every time I called, the main office was clueless. Requested multiple times to speak to a supervisor – never received a return call. On Sep 15, I canceled my service. Yet, I continue to receive bills. I received a bill on Oct 27. I disputed the charge and Ehrlich sent me a zero dollar balance acknowledging. Then today, I received a new “overdue” bill for that exact same charge. I called twice and spoke to two people- neither of which could actually help me and of course, no supervisor is available. Waiting for another call back now that will likely never happen. I have been logging all these interactions with time stamps and notes. What a disgrace of a company. If anything, they owe me for all the time off work for their no-shows.

The worst service I had ever seen on my life customer service, billing, the guys that go to your house don’t call, they just go to your house with out letting you know. I call canceling my service pay and asked, do I owe you anything else she said no.. “ I took care of you balance” and every freaking month I get a call saying I owe them money. Billing service sucks, be careful with billing and people just showing at your house with out a notice.

We are former Conor’s customers. Since Ehrlich took over, huge dip in service. The technicians are the same but the call center and customer service are terrible. As an example I called today with ants problem, even though we recently had quarterly service. Whereas connors would have sent someone today, she didn’t understand the urgency and was going to schedule something in four days. Really disappointing
