has good social skills and went out of her way to complete the job with efficiency and explain what was done, what was found and what was reduced from the last visit (ex: less lead cutter ants, what ant hills have disappeared)

We were having dinner on our back patio and there were a lot of bees annoying everyone while eating. The next morning I called Fox(we were already a subscriber) and told them the situation. They said they would send someone that afternoon!! Amazing! Arius Prophet called around 230 and said he was on his way. My wife showed him the problem area and he promptly found a crack in the cement where they were nesting. Hornets he explained. He dusted them out and applied a deterrent to keep them away. He said wait a few days before sealing up the crack to make sure they had moved on. He said he would return if there were any more problems. He was very friendly and informative, and easy to deal with. Needless to say there were no further problems. I would highly recommend Fox Pest Control. They are very fast and efficient. We have been using their quarterly service for 2 years with a drastically reduced amount of insects. If there ever is an issue they are quick to respond.

Gerson always comes in with an enthusiastic work attitude and acknowledges any problems I have going on in or around the house. He is very thorough with his work, as every outdoor corner that has collected a spider web is always taken down, and he takes his time looking out for ant piles knowing I have children that play in the yard out back. We are always very happy with Fox Pest Control, Thank you!
