Robbins Construction Company LLC 2 weeks agoIn selecting the option to book a consultation I received a call to ask what I’m looking for with a potential kitchen remodel. I had previously booked with a different company so I do know that a rep is supposed to actually come to the home to look at the layout and ask the potential client what it is that their looking for. The person I spoke with asked me for the size of my kitchen and asked me for my budget which was a first (I had no clue the size so I just said 2 bathrooms when I confirmed later, its smaller). After I gave her the budget amount, I was met with ‘well you’re looking at 30-60k’. Like you didn’t even bother to come and see the kitchen. I honestly felt like I was being dismissed and not worth the company’s time. It’s really disheartening when this is your first home project and I’m being met with that kind of conversation.

R&E Remodeling 3 years agoI have some remodeling and renovations planned for my home and have contacted several companies for estimates on the work that I am wanting to have performed, R&E was one of those companies They came out to see what projects I wanted done, they scheduled a follow up appointment where information about pricing and other members of there team would look over the rooms. When this company came back there was no estimates of what the cost would be but instead I was told that some money needed to be given up front due to the number of projects ( Mind you only 1 project is to be done this year.) This was just a FREE consultation and evaluation of what a cost would be, they had not been employed to perform any work, and yet they were asking for money at a FREE consultation. I don’t know if this type of scam practice was being tried because I am black or if this is how this company operates, either way its a scam and companies like this should be avoided at all cost.

Heritage Builders, LLC 3 months agoThe team at heritage builders is stellar! Very good communication and always respectful of our needs and concerns. We are very happy with the timely completion of a massive project as well as the final outcome of the space. Highly recommend and will be using them again in future.

Douglas Renovations, LLC 4 years agoDave and his crew did a great job this Fall at our home which consisted of replacing our windows and painting the exterior. His crew were neat and courteous. Job was finished on time and in budget.
