We brought Nolen in a few months back to our company warehouse because we were having the normal rodent and pest issues but the rodents had made their way into our office spaces and began wreaking havoc where they were especially unwanted. Truly came out the next day and put together a plan to rid them from our offices and control them as best as possible in the warehouse. The rats were out of our offices within the month with no signs of coming back. Our rep Rick comes out each month and checks for activity and keeps us super updated on what’s going on and educating us on what adjustments we need to make if any. Extremely grateful for the services provided and would recommend their professionalism and expertise to all.

I am very pleased with the service we received today. I had missed a call letting me know our tech Mr.Herman was arriving soon to take care of our house. I looked at my ring and the tech grabbed our trash can and took it up to our home after the trash company knocked it over. We are very grateful as we are out of town for the week. We need more kind people in the world like Mr.Herman.

I have used Truly Nolen for 10 years for my termite inspections, and they have been amazing for all 10 years. My most recent experience with Hunter was great — he was so thorough and courteous. He was training another technician and his training skills were superb — he was patient and thorough in is explanations. Customer service, from the very first phone call to the services being performed, is outstanding – which is a rarity these days! Thanks Truly Nolen for top-notch service!

Hunter was awesome! He was very thorough, polite, professional, and friendly. He was willing to discuss my rodent problem at length and put quality product and helping the customer first. Would absolutely recommend.
