Greg is such an amazing person! Out of all the local bug companies I contacted over 2 weeks Greg was the only one who got back to me. As a matter of fact he came out the same day I called to see what he’d be working with. The prep was very direct and easy to follow. He came out to spray a week later (per my request so we could correctly do prep). He ended up calling to see if he could come early! My daughter and I had yo leave for 4 hours but after that came home, no smell or anything concerning, he also left direct and simple follow up instructions to when we arrived home and what to expect the next few weeks. If I’m being honest in that week we stopped getting bit up over night. It’s been almost a month now and have yet to see any or gotten bit any more. Honestly I wish we would have contacted him sooner! I will 1000% refer people to Greg! He is such a humble and honest man! Made me feel so safe and I felt like he genuinely cared for our situation and my family. Thank you so much!

This businessperson was *so* helpful on the phone. I called with a difficult question and he talked me through the problem and even after he couldn’t provide the service I needed, he kept brainstorming ways to help me figure it out.

I don’t normally post, but Greg was awesome and he didn’t cost half as much as the other guys wanted to rid me of the bed bugs in my home. He was so friendly, prompt and came with such a savings I was a little suspicious it may be too good to be true! But he handled the problem and didn’t use chemicals or super heat my house. Which is important because I didn’t want my family and pet health affected or be out a home while the other guys wanted to melt the place! I have never been happier with a service call in my life.
