Can’t say enough good things about this company! Gary is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, genuine, honest — qualities that are hard to come by these days. Very reasonable prices and don’t try to upsell or rip you off. Customer service staff (I believe her name was Colleen) was also so helpful and friendly. Would recommend them again and again. Phenomenal customer service with an amazing crew! We live in a heavily wooded area and they helped us out with determining our bug/pest problem. Sprayed both inside and out with a solution that was pet friendly. We signed up for the quarterly service which helped keep everything under control. This is a really great team.

We have been long time happy customers of Tactical Pest. Gary and his team are always responsive and considerate and they truly know their stuff! There hasn’t been a bug, pest, or termite that they weren’t immediately sure how to handle within the specific conditions of our property. I also challenge you to find a happier helper on the other end of the phone than Colleen. Your efforts will fail like a bug’s attempt to outsmart Tactical Pest. An all around solid company that I’m more than happy to support.

If you need any sort of pest control, contact Gary and Colleen at Tactical Pest. Gary goes out of his way to make sure our home, both outside and inside is bug and mouse free. Gary takes extra time to explain what he’s doing and comes out to make sure things are going as planned. Visits are informative and thorough, customer service is top notch and I’ll continue using them for my pest/extermination needs.

Gary & Colleen and their team are fantastic! We have had great service for many years now and hardly ever see any bugs! They also treat our yard for mosquitoes now- second season and it’s so nice to be able to go outside and not get completely chewed up by those nasty little insects! Not saying it’s 100% none- but before they begin treatment the mosquitoes were absolutely horrible!
