This has been one of the most terrible experience I’ve ever had with customer service, accounting & billing department. This all appears to be a racket & how disheartening it feels to have been taken advantage of while just trying to get my home services. To have paid for a service and not one of the your customer care service even cares to make it right nor try to resolve in a professional manner. I will not recommend anyone nor ever seek to using Killingsworth again. No wonder you have a 3 star on yelp, making sure to do my duty so others will know & hope to save someone else all the time & effort. It would have been so much easier to have just worked with your clients and send someone out to take care of the services paid. You’ve now lost a customer and many more. It’s even more proof to now read the last few post in the past few months and can tell your service is not what it use to be. It only takes a little time to rep what you sow….

Krystle Perez does an amazing job. She was able to come out quickly when I wanted to schedule an inspection and does her job professionally .I’m happy with her work, I chose them and get to keep using them!

Received a voicemail that our account was past due when we keep a card on file. Tried calling back to talk to someone in accounting 3 times with no answer. Left a voicemail but never received a call back. Fiance called and finally got someone to speak with about a week later. Other than that we’ve had a great experience with the guys that come out. Ricky is the best!

They refuse to leave me alone. They schedule appointments without my permission. They keep trying to take money out my account they never told me it was a contract they just said forms. One guy came over to my house only spray the kitchen three cabinets and one guy did baiting and barely any spray and in the other guy did a little bit of spray no baiting and they only laid out three roach traps the first guy came to my house under the influence they did not spray around my house.

Horrible customer service. Did not agree to any contract. They have been to my home twice and the last time I expressed to the guy that we no longer needed their services. Keep getting a bill in the mail where they are charging me for “Tri-Annual Pest Control” on 6/15/2022, 7/15/2022, 8/15/2022, and 9/15/2022. All are charges of $49.99 each. They have not been out to my house since February of 2022, so not sure why they are still trying to bill me. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Refuse to give me my money back. Regret ever using them to begin with.

They have came to my house 3x and it is worse . I thought of was signing a form misunderstood it was a contract when they hardly made since. I was told $39 a month but also if I pay $179 up front it would be every 3 month I asked many times. Nothing they did work. They refuse to give my money back . Or do the job right. They just want my money

We have been using Killingsworth for the past 15 years. We have our pest control service, termite bond, and crawl space with them. We sold our home recently and called Killingsworth 2 weeks before the sale to let them know. Today, I received 2 invoices for services after the closing date. I contacted Killingsworth and they had no record of the call cancelling service according to the service representative. Additionally, even though we have a credit card on file with them that they have been using for services, they informed me I had an outstanding bill of $91.50 but couldn’t tell me why there was an outstanding, unpaid charge and transferred me to a line that hung up! I again told them to cancel our services. This is not how a reputable company does business.
