Although a guest said they were bitten, I wasn’t convinced we had bed bugs. I didn’t see any bed bugs, so I wondered whether an exterminator would lie and say I had them to up-sell me on a pricey treatment. Luis, the owner, was direct. He took his time explaining how to check my unit for bed bugs. Andres came out and handled my belongings gently. He invited me to see his inspection. His examination was thorough. I was relieved and assured I was bug free when Andres found no bed bugs.

I made an appointment with ease, and Luis and Andres were able to visit my home the same day. They were courteous, accommodating, and really made my partner and I feel comfortable. We were concerned about bed bugs and other potential bed insect bites throughout my sleep. They performed an excellent examination and, before moving forward, they took the time to go over the cost with us. After treating our home for bedbugs, we have not had any bites since. Many thanks!

Luis Pantaleon, is very knowledgeable and talented. He is polite, kind, hardworking, and patient. above all, sympathetic. Because I traveled recently, I assumed I had brought something back, but in the end, nothing was there. Thank God! Super lucky. Even though I was going crazy at the time. I needed expert counselors like Luis and his team in my life. This business goes above and beyond to make sure that YOU will be OK and that they are there to assist you. How fortunate I am to have met Luis and his company. It’s not like they can’t do anything. Most importantly, unlike other pest control companies, they never have the intention of defrauding you or taking your money selling you a service you don’t need. They inform you that there are instances in which the cause may not be bedbugs. Once again, thank you.

Our experience with Ace Bedbug Exterminating was excellent. Luis came outside to look for any bed bugs in our furniture. The examination took ten to fifteen minutes. He took the time to demonstrate to us where and how to search for possible vulnerabilities in the future. His genuine concern for his customers and desire to assist in resolving any issues was evident.

On a recent visit to NY in our Airbnb We were convinced we had bed bugs, so we hiredAce Bedbug Exterminating. They thoroughly inspected and found no bed bugs, which was worth every penny. The relief of not having them was wonderful news. It’s such a huge relief to find out we were bed bug free. It saved us from having to change our accomodations which would have been more expensive.
