Wow! I called Pest Patrol towards the end of the work day to see if they could take a look at a wasp nest right outside our patio door. Travis said he could swing by after the job he was on since our house was nearby. I figured since it was the end of the work day he’d take a look and then I’d have to schedule another time for him to come by to do the work – but he got right on it! He ended up getting rid of not one but two wasp nests, and spraying the perimeter of our home, all in under an hour after my initial call. Money well spent! Highly recommend Travis and Pest Patrol.

I had the absolute best experience I could have ever asked for with Pest Patrol. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked, as they went above and beyond expectations. They helped seal my home up to prevent further intrusion, as well as take care of the ones who had made it inside. 10/10, these are the pest people you need.

Very appreciative for their prompt and courteous response to my concern. They came out and assessed my problem. Obviously quite knowledgeable and provided valuable insight r/t my property and related concerns as well providing plan for management. You rarely find customer service like this anymore. Thank you.

Travis worked with me to meet my quirks on getting rid of my mouse in the house problems. I had a long lived big problem Travis made smaller to a complete exclusion of the invasive beasts. It was not easy or quick doing it my way but he worked with me in all respects and not once against what I hoped for. He does great work for a really hard job. The mice are neighbors now and not housemates! Thank you Travis!

I’ve had a squirrel issue in my roof and was starting to get information on how to get rid of them. Called 7 local businesses and they were 1 of 2 to answer and the only to schedule estimate and did it next day. Good and honest local labor is hard to find. Let’s support it when we can!

Okay YA’LL never using another pest company after working with Travis from Pest Patrol. Not only was Travis punctual, professional, responsive and all the other things you look for in a company, he let me point out the orb weavers I wanted to save and took great care to make sure they were unharmed while he exterminated the black widows. Cannot recommend enough.

I cannot overstate the excellence of work and quality provided by this business! Raccoons were lured into the neighborhood by misguided animals-lovers who thought they were being kind. A family of 4 little critters moved in under MY deck and eventually had another generation of babies there for a final headcount of 5!! In the course of this past year I called in the help of THREE pest control businesses in town. The first started out in a positive way, but soon realized what a massive, work-intensive job this would be and literally raised the estimated price quote to nearly double in 2-3 months time and then stopped communicating altogether. The second came recommended by a property manager who had used them several times. Again, started out on a positive note, but after a week or so I got a call saying they lost their biologist and wouldn’t be able to help (this was after coming out and looking at the massive job ahead). They also sprayed my house for yellow jackets that had taken up residents right next to the door and were constantly swarming there. They did not ‘guarantee’ their work, but ‘warranted’ should they return. Within 6 days there were more YJ and I called…3 TIMES! They NEVER returned my calls and never resprayed even though they were paid the billed amount.I finished the job myself with Raid from Ace. Then no word at all..they just bailed! The 3rd ’ professional’ I called said he would be out Saturday and would give me a heads up when he arrived at the ‘Wye’. Never called, never texted, never showed ( maybe he took a wrong turn). Finally, I called Travis at Pest Patrol who came out, assessed the tall work order which really was daunting and gave a reasonable estimate, formulated a plan, set up a date to begin work and actually showed up!!!!!! And what a job he did. We knew some of the deck would have to be pulled up, excrement and whatever removed, yard latreens cleaned up and properly disposed of, exclusion wire mesh attached all around, deck cleanly and carefully replaced, and traps left should we feel a need to still put them out. (They had become ‘trap shy’ over a year ago when two of the original family had been caught and were avoiding them quite well.) After a very long labor- intense day my yard was once again becoming mine. The little guys had made my deck, chairs, rugs, birdbaths, umbrellas into their own little amusement park where we could see footage of them playing at night. What a long day Travis put in. When he handed me the bill it was for less then the quoted estimate and when I asked why, he said the deck labor took a bit less time then he thought and the area for exclusion was a bit smaller. He could have charged me the original price and I would have NEVER been the wiser. He also set up a couple of deterrents I had purchased at no extra charge. He will keep in touch by phone and will return in 2-3 days to follow-up. There is much much more to this whole problem I dealt with for over a year that I barely touched the surface. Things like 1 company not checking the traps every morning, some being uncertain about humane release (or at least not talking about it), not returning calls, border-line rude reception desk personnel… What a nightmare. I apologize for the lengthy review but I am a strong proponent of feedback..good, bad and indifferent. In a nutshell, DO NOT even waste the time to call any other local pest service in town. Travis at this family-owned business is 1) kind, polite and personable 2) hard-working and conscientious 3)reasonably-priced 4) reliable 5)HONEST and 6) PROFESSIONAL! I only wish I had called him first. Travis provides a very valuable service at times when there are conflicts of this sort and it is beyond one’s own capabilities. 5 VERY SOLID FIVE STARS for an outstanding Missoula business!

Pest Patrol has helped us eliminate mosquitoes and spiders every year. It’s effective and safe for our beloved pets. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Pest patrol took on dealing with ground squirrels on about 8 acres. Last summer they were over running everything and on one evening I had 19 in my tiny yard. They used smoke and live traps and I have only seen one or two at the barn and none in my yard, pest patrol came back repeatedly and addressed any that I told them about. The squirrels were making dangerous holes in my pasture that could break my horses legs, but I didn’t want to harm any of the wildlife in the area in order to reduce their numbers. I was very happy with their service after hiring a different company, two years ago that simply gave up and didn’t charge me, because they couldn’t deal with it.
