I would not recommend Gunter due to the experience I had regarding the billing process. I purchased a home that was already using Gunter’s services and I signed up to continue the annual Residential Pest program. The previous owner had termite trap service as well, Gunter came out to service the traps without notifying me. I would have declined this service. When asked for a refund I was declined. I feel as though I was strong-armed into paying for a service that I did not want.
