Do NOT hire this guy! I met with him in June of 2023. He gave me a quote to paint three exterior sides of our home. I gave him a $500 deposit and to this day, June 29, 2024, has yet to show up to do the work. Since it is an outdoor job there were a few occasions where he was scheduled and had to reschedule because of weather. I can’t fault him for that. I have asked him to do the honorable thing- return my deposit which he has not done. In fact, he has ignored my last two messages. At this point, he has left me no choice but to take legal action as well as report him to the IRS. They can figure out if he reported the income or just pocketed the deposit. Do NOT hire him!

Did great work!!! Would recommend for people in the area contacting karpenko painting was a easy process !! He was good at pricing the remodel and helped me understand exactly what I needed done! In home they were curtious about staying professional and staying on task . Took less than a day thank you karpenko painting will be using your services again and recommending to friends

Worst excuse for a so called professional painter & business owner that I have ever seen. He started a exterior paint job in July 2023 in which he was given 1/2 down payment up front to purchase paint and materials to complete the project. He showed up with very little of newly purchased supplies, brought previously opened and half used interior (not exterior) paint. Improper rollers for the job & I could go on & on. His painting skills were non existence and has made no effort to finish or make it right. As of 4/17/24 I hope this review helps someone who might be considering hiring this guy and making the same mistake I did.

Easy to work with, clear communication about what is going to be done ahead of time. He actually shows up and is very responsive. Quality work. I think he completed a job within 24 hrs of me first contacting him. We agreed to a price on thru texting and he quoted more work for me and he did that work very quickly too.
