Im not a customer just an old employee writing to anyone looking to work for these guys not sure how they are now but when I did work for them you will learn how to be a real professional painter took me a long time to realize if you think they underpay you go work for other painting company’s who don’t invest in equipment or making your life any easier sometimes making more money doesn’t mean much when you really break your back for it and the family atmosphere at mvp is great unfortunately I will say I wasn’t the best employee and I just wanted to thank lance and Amy took a long time for me to realize but went back to painting and asked myself why it’s much harder and I finally saw the bigger picture allot of what I learned here I still apply and it makes me really good at what I do so thanks you guys only reason I wrote this is because I just came back into the trade and am asking why no paint companies I’ve worked with are the same as mvp so to finish this book review and cut to the chase if you want to work here trust in they’re process thanks lance and Amy – Zak/Aaron
