Worked as a professional painter since I was a child bc my father ran a crane service. I grew up painting signs and 100 ft tall billboards at the age of 12 and 13. This place is a complete joke and offered me $10 less per hour than I was making 10 years ago. I worked there for 2 months and left because I was abandoned two counties away from the job site by a bunch of pill heads and drunks that never show up on time or are reliable in any way,.. without any consequences whatsoever. I was told I was disrespectful because I demand to be paid what I’m worth and that is definitely a lot more than the 18 year old nieces and nephews of the head boss. The drunks and pill heads that come up in that place live with their parents at 40 years old and come in 2 hours late every day and the people like me that are on time and reliable get left in another county by there own employees and they did absolutely nothing about it. . I left this place and two days later I was making 13 more dollars to the hour then they were offering me at 1650. I have done this for 20 years and this place right here is the worst place by far I have ever worked when it comes to respecting the people that make your money. They have had a sign on the front of the building for years that says “hiring experienced painters”…….that’s only if you’re willing to take the same page that the 17 and 18 year old nephews of the head boss get not the 20 years plus that you’ve worked and the experience that you have. This place is a joke and is going downhill fast and absolutely deserves everything they get. They do not respect their employees and the only thing they respect is a bunch of pill heads that come in 3 hours late every day and a bunch of drunks that can’t work past 4:00 p.m. because they got to have a drink. Pathetic and they should be ashamed. There mother’s should be at least.

Great place to work the people that work there are good honest professional workers and the owner mr woods is the best boss I’ve ever worked for knows how to run a business and treats the guys all the same excellent boss

This is my new employer. All the guys that work here are really friendly and I had a great first day. This is a great company to work for. We do amazing work so if you need some painting done, no matter how big or how small call woods painting because we take care of it all.

Goes by the house and yells some kind of obscentity out the van window. I don’t know them. Extremely immature and unprofessional. Why do people do that in Bristol? Do they think it’s clever? This was a grown man! It’s bizarre & not happening other places. Never dealt with them and now…. never will. GROW UP.
