Rios Landworks & Construction, LLC 8 months agoI cannot recommend Rio’s Landworks & Construction LLC enough! Antonio and his team just completed a big project in our backyard which included several tiers of retaining wall and gorgeous slab stone stairs. Our house is on a hill and the backyard is a blank slate of sloping and uneven ground. Antonio and his crew transformed one entire side of our yard that was unusable before. He came out a couple times to talk through my ideas and offer suggestions before giving us a bid, and was very communicative throughout the entire process. Antonio and his guys’ creativity and craftsmanship, let alone their BRUTE STRENGTH, was astounding. Having construction done at your home can be very anxiety provoking, but Antonio made me feel at ease through the whole process because he kept me in the loop and offered great suggestions along the way, but was never pushy at all. His pricing was fair and he was able to work with us on different options. Here are some before and after photos… We still have a lot to be done in this yard and Rio’s Landworks and Construction LLC is who we’ll be calling!

MACCS FLOOR COVERING LLC 6 months agoMisael did the concrete and tile work in the tiny bathroom in our ADU. He was one of the most professional contractors we’ve ever worked with: timely, communicative, friendly, and great attention to detail. Our space had plenty of uneven surfaces and tight spaces, but he didn’t cut any corners! I can’t recommend him enough!

Magic Gate PDX 8 months agoWe used Magic Gate for some exterior hardscape and staircase work. The work was scoped well, completed on time and on budget. The best part is the quality that is being done by Miguel is exceptional. Given over 30 years of working with trades in the area, I can confidently recommend them for quality work.

Hood River Electrical LLC a month agoPlease be cautious of potentially dubious business practices. There was an announced visit to my residence, lasting less than five minutes, during which no work was performed. Despite this, an invoice for $150 was received and mentions the request for CASH ONLY . This situation raises concerns about the legitimacy of the business operations. I intend to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau due to the poor and apparent attempt at charging customers for the lack of work that wasn’t done. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
