They started our job and ripped a oversized bush out and did a great job however they were supposed to also plant new evergreens. The day of they said they would come back a few days later to plant the new trees but they never came back. When we called and texted the owner they told us to find a new company

Hefferin did a fantastic job pruning and topping off trees for me. Rick, the owner, is very responsive and his crew is knowledgeable and caring. The preventive work he did makes our yard safer and more attractive.

These guys are TOP notch when it comes to tree service. Their entire crew knows what to do and are extremely respectful to the home owners property! They took care of my property which had about 50 trees on it. When the job was done. It looked like they were never there. Cleaned everything!! Not even a branch left on the property. I will highly recommend this company to all. Ricky is extremely helpful and professional. He and his crew are one of the few companies you can hire with confidence. These guys love their job and come to work happily everyday. They will get everything and more done!! Highly recommend

I have been using Hefferin since we moved to the area and have been happy with the many services this company and their hard working crew has provided. Both Frank and Ricci are knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. We were given several outrageously priced estimates for tree trimming by other larger competitors and were so relieved at how reasonable Hefferin was. They removed a tree within days of contacting them after waiting months to schedule with another company. Highly recommend.

I contacted Hefferin Tree Service because after a storm 2 trees boarding my neighbor started to lean against a third tree. I was worried the leaning trees could fall on my neighbors property or my property which would have hit my garage. I contacted Hefferin on a Monday morning by phone from work. I explained I couldn’t be home and asked if they could go to my house and look at the problem. Within a few hours they called me with a very reasonable quote and said they would be able to remove the 2 trees within a few days. When I returned home on Wednesday – 2 days later – the trees were gone. What impressed me was there was no mess left over (it looked as if the trees were never there!), they did the work on time, and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Dynamite services! Frank, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, respectful and reliable. He arrived exactly when he said he would. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise the crew provided. Highly recommend if you want a quality job the first time. Don’t waste your time with other companies, Hefferin’s is superior to the rest.

Frank was a pleasure to deal with and he and his crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure my yard was safe for my children as well as beautiful . Couldn’t be happier will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend them .

I was very happy with the service provided by Hefferin tree service.I had numerous company’s come look at my property and they all recommended that my trees needed to be removed. Frank was the most knowledgeable out of everyone that came. He recommended fertilization and a good pruning. They did an amazing job! It’s been 6 months since the work has been performed and all of my trees look healthy like he said they would. I highly recommend this company.They pricing was very competitive also.

STAY AWAY FROM HEFFERIN TREE SERVICE, FRANCIS IS DANGEROUS AND RUDE! I call Hefferin Tree Service for an estimated on a small job, he said he will come this week, I told him I do not live there and he must call me 30 minutes before he come. I then received a few other estimated and like one of them very much, I hired them, they came the next day and while the crew was working Francis Hefferin drove by the house WITHOUT CALLING ME and became enraged by not getting the job, he told me he was going to call the village to report the work in progress, which he did, the village came, the worker explain he was there the trim the overgrown branches that was over the house, and remove bush and shrub that was over grow and half dead. The guy was enraged he could not stop cursing at me, he then came out of his white truck and try to hit me, I was in my car and had to move forward quickly to avoid getting hit, he them, went in the back of his white truck and pick up a fork and want to hit me with it, he keep cursing and said come over here, I did not because he was out of his mind. I call the police and report the incident, the police call him but he did not pick up, so, the police left him a message to call them and to leave me alone otherwise he will be arrested. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
