E-mailed this business asking for a quote the end of April, 2023, response was great. Set a date for middle of May to pull a bush, trim existing bushes and level the front yard. Middle of May came and went, emailed them, received a quick response. We will be there next Tuesday or Wednesday. He called me on Wednesday and said they don’t have the equipment to do my yard and they won’t be down again until next month and they did not have a stump grinder for the front yard. (which was discussed in the initial quote). I cancelled the service and told them was going to write a bad review. Then he said that we can come over that day and do the job but he could not level the front yard, since he didn’t have the stump grinder. I CANCELLED THE JOB AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
