Columbia, SC. Do not recommend. They started out with a bang. Then they came less. The manager who came to visit was no longer with the company. Sometimes that’s a warning sign. I did not receive my last bill. They never left a voice mail. So with a $58. bill 3 months late, they reported me to a debt collector. That debt collection company mailed me the notice. I paid the bill and fired Fairway for incompetent business practices. Who needs a company that never confirmed you were contacted and reports you to credit after 3 months of a $58 past bill? I had never missed a bill payment before. This is the first bad review I have written. Customer service involves sound billing practices. The lawn care did not correct my issues but their billing service was abominable! Shame.

Disappointed with Fairway Lawns in my 2nd year of service. My lawn looks the worst it has in 5 years. Called to complain several times, talked to a manager who said they would address the situation and no one has come out to follow up. I’ve already told them I’m done with their service after I complete their treatment program this year

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I signed up and received my first treatment on April 30th, 2024. I have since been charged twice and have still only received the original treatment from April. When I call to inquire why I haven’t received the other treatments I’ve been charged for, I simply get the run around. I called again today and the office worker told me “you actually only get treatments every 4-6 weeks”. This is news to me as I signed up for a monthly plan and furthermore, it’s been over 6 weeks since the first (and only) treatment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW MONEY AWAY!

Extremely poor service (lexington area). Weeds out of control. They claimed at the time of initial subscription that they will come as many times in between scheduled services to adress weeds if they are not eradicated, however despite multiple calls they do not show up. Last 2 times I was told a manager will reach out to adress my concerns, it has been more than a month now, no one has bothered to call. I have reached out to their central office as well with no fruitful results. I would not recommend their services.

This is the second year using this company and I don’t see any improvement in my lawn. Lots of different weeds everywhere so I don’t know what they’re treating. I’m looking for another company unfortunately

I have been using Fairway for 3 years. My yard went from crap to beautiful in the first year, it has been going strong ever since. 100% recommend Fairway.
