I am a strong supporter of local businesses, which is why I chose Ace Landscaping to handle the softscaping around my house. After agreeing on plant choices and making a down payment, I waited 17 days for the installation. When the crew arrived and began unloading the plants, I was shocked to see that they were in poor condition—undersized and some even dead. The crew blamed the driver who had picked up the plants. I contacted the representative I had signed the contract with, and he promptly stopped by to apologize and arranged for everything to be returned. The next day, I texted him, offering to pay a little extra if he could personally visit the nursery to ensure everything was done correctly. Unfortunately, he responded that he could not meet my expectations and suggested I pick up my check. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism he showed, and the manager at the office was also very courteous, offering her apologies with a genuine smile.

Ace came out to trim shrubs and replace some old landscape that needed replacement. What a beautiful job!! Far above my expectations and everyone was kind and polite!

I wanted to let everyone know ace is a great lawn care company. I had a question about something and Rebecca and the owner handled it very professionally which Rebecca called herself and was so sweet and helped me with everything I needed. This was addressed immediately with care and concern. I would never choose another company to go with. They went above and beyond and the gentleman that come out to service my yard are always very nice and thorough as well. Thank you Ace management/owner and Rebecca for everything!

Ace put in sod at my condo last year. I called them in the fall to say it wasn’t looking good. No reply. Called again this spring. They won’t return calls. From the attached photos you can see the bare spots. $1000 wasted. No stars is not an option on this platform.

Blake Schmidt of ACE Outdoor Services did an amazing job finding a buried drain spout pop-up valve that I had been searching, off & on, for 15 years. Every time I tried to find it using a metal rod I would only find rocks. Blake did it in a matter of a few minutes.

March 19th at approximately 5:15 one of there drivers had a shovel bounce out of there trailer and land on miller rd. You could see all of there rakes and shovels were thrown in the trailer not laid down in the trailer making a unsecured load. Hope the person who hits the shovel contacts me I got it on my dashcam.

I work for Ace outdoors. Everybody is real professional. We do snow removal in the winter and landscaping and grass cutting in the summer. Ace outdoors is highly recommended

Absolutely The WORST!!! company ever!! I have been running buildings for 20+ years and NEVER had a company this bad. DO NOT HIRE THEM!! Nothing but problems!! They salt when it’s 47 and raining and when there is snow and ice they drive around with empty hoppers and knowingly do so. Caught the kid this morning at 8, he said “yea, I’ve been empty for a while” but yet was driving around in circles for 20 minutes pretending to salt. It’s now been hours and he still has not returned with another hopper of salt. What a JOKE OF A COMPANY!!

One of their trucks blew the red light I was sitting at on South Blvd and Centerpoint. Did not even try to slow down in slippery conditions with a plow on the front of the truck. Not cool.
