Initially, I was very impressed with Jay’s crew. They did work for me during the third week in April. Jay was also very polite and planned the job with me. Unfortunately, one of the crew cut down three rose bushes so there was only about an inch of a stump protruding from the ground. These rose bushes were four feet high and shielded a table with two chairs that sits on the top of a little front patio. They provided privacy as my house sits on the top of a hill and can be seen by many houses. I was shocked to see the rose bushes gone. One of the workers knew this was an error and was telling the worker who cut the rose bushes down that these were roses and should not be “chopped down like that.” When I told Jay about this, he came over the next day. He saw the damage and we made an agreement that I would pay the $500.00 the job cost and Jay would replace the rose bushes. Weeks went by and I texted Jay and asked him when he would replace the rose bushes. He said he did not know where to find those particular roses. I then called Hadley Gardens. They had those rose bushes and I texted Jay and told him where he could purchase the rose bushes. He said he would take care of it. To this day, I have not heard a word from him. I am very disappointed because I did not expect this from someone who was as likeable and conscientious as Jay.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Jaun and his team did on our property for spring clean-up and spreading of an excellent quality mulch. Clearly, it was the attention to detail that makes the difference vs other lawn care companies who simply haven’t come close to achieving the final results of the work that was done. Also Jay provides snowplowing services. Jay and his crew are AMAZING! They are ,definitely, a one on one type of relationship. They always are in communication as to your needs. “It’s A hot Summer and grass slow to grow, do you want me to come this week?” What other lawn care company checks in with you before mowing? Jay Landscaping isn’t about trying to get the most dollars from his clients. He truly enjoys pleasing his customers. I love when he gets creative with the pattern of his lawn cutting. He takes pride in his work and for good reason! On top of all that professionalism, Jay’s personality is infectious. He has an unbelievable sense of humor and can connect so easily with just about anyone. I would highly recommend Jay’s Landscaping to anyone!
